Looking for information on William and Mary "Polly" Runnels LEMONS. Moved to Jefferson County sometime between 1840 and 1845. William and Mary also traveled with the Melton and Ogles families. They came from Kentucky through Illinois. They had the following children: George Washington b. 1816, Thomas b. 1818, John Wesley b. 1820, William Riley b. 1824, James Berry b. 1830, Frances Melvina b. 1832, Rosanna b. 1837, Josiah b. 1838, Mary Emily b. 1842.

CONN I am researching the family of John N. CONN b. 1819 in Ireland. He died in Jefferson Co., will proved 26 Feb. 1908. He had 2 sons, Sylvanus M. CONN who died in Jefferson Co., 14 Nov. 1918 and John N. CONN, Jr. will proof 5 Apr. 1926. John N. Conn, Sr's wife Levina died between 1900 and 1908. Will exchange information with interested parties. The family had 3 daughters; Jenny Lind, Levina and Mary Frances none of which lived in Jefferson Co

I'm looking for the cemetery that James B CARMEN is buried. He was born in 1816. I found him on the 1870 census but he wasn't on the 1900. I'm also seeking to find where John Elbert CARMEN and Ellen Jane YOUNGBLOOD Carmen are buried. They lived in the Joplin area in the early 1900's. Any imformation on these families will be appreciated. Thanks!!!

FARREL, HEINER My wife is seeking information regarding her Grandfather and his family. He was Clarence Edward FARREL, born 14 Feb 1909 in Peveley, MO. His siblings were Robert FARREL, Floyd FARREL, Newton FARREL and Esther Rose FARREL. His father was James Edward Farrel, who married Esther Heiner on 12 May 1907. Clarence Edward FARREL graduated from Potosi High School in 1928 and married Hester May Head from Dent County on 17 Sept 1933. He worked at the Washington County Commercial Bank in Potosi until joining the Bank of America and moved to California in 1941. Any information regarding the Farrels or the Heiners would be greatly appreciated.

Researching my JAMES family roots. I am especially interested in a woman by the name of Avie JAMES born 24Nov1897. She died 14 Dec 1988. She was living in Festus, Jefferson County Missouri. I would like to hear from some of her children or grandchildren if possible. I think there are family connections here and I have researched this family line for over twenty years.

Would like information on Thomas WILLIAMS family. He moved from Kentucky at the outbreak of the Civil war. His family lived in Pevely, Missouri. He joined the Union forces under General John A. Logan out of Benton, Illinois. His brother's name was Robert. He had five children, their names were Kate, Ester, Sallie, Silas Ephraim, and Robert. His son Silas was my grandfather. His full name was Silas Ephraim Becket WILLIAMS. He married Zazle Tiona (HAGA) in 1901 and had three children. Their names were Robert Madison Williams, Hubert Orville WILLIAMS Sr., and Lillian WILLIAMS. Silas WILLIAMS was killed by a street car in 1908 in East St. Louis, Illinois.

I am looking for any information on William OTTOMEYER who was from Lippe-Detmold, Prussia. I have found him in the 1860 Census in Jefferson Co. I found him again in 1880, but nothing after that. His daughter, Henrietta (Central Township), married John HARNESS (Big River Township) in 1888. I'm unclear on William's wife and I'd like to know when he died and where he is buried. also researching SCOTT Thanks
